Service Description

Full support provision to help you or your organisation create a Capacity Planning function. This can include 1) Creation of Capacity Plans for Operational, Contact Centre, Corporate Functions. 2) Direction and support around appropriate Management Information 3) Business Intelligence guidance and methodology support. 4) Performance Management support with appropriate staff. This function includes a lot more and it is recommended that we have an introductory session before beginning. * Pricing based on 2 consultants, additional consultants can be added at an extra costs.
